Key Account Manager (modern trade)
You will be responsible for co-leading the business in one of our categories by developing, negotiating and executing sales and marketing strategies with the biggest retailers or fast-developing trade channels like e-Commerce.
Within your assignment you will collaborate with several departments such as logistics, marketing and finance that will help you with linking the Procter&Gamble and external world business and financial dynamics.
The role will be meaningful and significant from the first day and an outstanding amount of learning and experience will strengthen your personal and professional development.
To prepare for this experience, you will have to take with you:
• 4-10 years of experience as in Sales
• Strong initiative, problem solving and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Valid B category driving license
• Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak
Once you are prepared, you will face challenges like:
• Building cooperative business relationships with local and regional customers
• Executing long term sales strategies and marketing initiatives
• Crafting customer specific sales plans in an assigned category
• Developing and selling tailor-made, in-store programs
• Analysing the data trends and finances
